ICICI Organises a Coin Exchange Mela At Dadar On December 16th

On December 16 2015, ICICI Bank, under the aegis of the RBI, organised a coin exchange mela at Shivaji Park, Dadar. The bank periodically organises such fairs to provide free facilities of exchanging acceptable soiled and mutilated currency notes with fresh notes and coins to the genral public. RBI officials also imparted financial education to those present. More than 1500 people have been reported to have participated in the fair and that coins worth Rs. 15 lakh in denominations of Rs. 10, Rs. 5, Rs. 2, and Re. 1 were exchanged.Latest News
